Kirk Marino brings nearly three decades of experience in commercial motor vehicle enforcement, accident reconstruction, and DOT compliance. A retired North Carolina State Highway Patrol Master Trooper, certified CVSA inspector, and current DOT Compliance Manager, he has provided expert testimony in more than 50 court cases and trained law enforcement professionals nationwide as an adjunct instructor for the FMCSA's National Training Center.
